Refund &
Delivery Policy

Our Wedding Planner is sold through Gumroad. Creator Content OS Pro is sold through a Stripe-hosted checkout when available. This page explains how delivery works and how to reach us about a refund or a problem with your files.

1. How orders work

Wedding Planner orders are processed through Gumroad. Creator Content OS Pro orders, when available, are processed by Stripe at a one-time price of $29 USD. We never receive full card numbers. No recurring subscription is created.

2. Digital delivery

Wedding Planner files are provided through Gumroad. Once a Creator Content OS payment is confirmed, the thank-you page can issue a private single-use download link for its ZIP archive, valid for 24 hours. If delivery fails, contact support for assistance. No physical products are shipped.

3. Problems with your files

If a file will not open, is incomplete or you cannot access your download, email vantreliodigital@gmail.com with the product name and the email address used for the purchase. We will help you access a working copy.

4. Refund requests

Email us with the product name and the email used for purchase. Wedding Planner refunds are handled through Gumroad; approved Creator Content OS refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded. Requests are considered under the applicable law, the purchase terms and circumstances of the order.

5. Physical products

Physical products are marked “Coming soon”. They are not available to buy, and no orders or pre-orders are accepted.

6. Security

Do not send full payment card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents by email. If you suspect an unauthorized charge, contact your payment provider promptly as well.
