Privacy Policy

This notice describes how information is handled when you visit this website, buy a Vantrelio Digital product through Gumroad or Stripe, or contact us.

1. Who to contact

The Vantrelio Digital project operator handles enquiries sent to vantreliodigital@gmail.com. Use this address for privacy questions and requests. Vantrelio Digital is a project name; this notice does not claim that it is an incorporated company.

2. Information involved

The website does not provide customer accounts or a marketing newsletter. Wedding Planner orders are processed by Gumroad. Creator Content OS Pro orders, when available, are processed on Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe shares payment confirmation, order amount and buyer contact email with our Cloudflare-hosted fulfillment system; we do not receive full card details. Our Cloudflare D1 database stores order and delivery metadata, and a private Cloudflare R2 bucket stores the downloadable product. One-use download tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser details and timestamps to operate and secure the website. If you contact us by email, Google processes your message through Gmail.

3. Why information is used

We use enquiry information to respond to your questions, address website issues and handle privacy requests. Technical processing supports website delivery and security. Where applicable, the basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors and operating a secure site, performing a contract with you when you buy a product, or meeting a legal obligation.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.

4. Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, order records and private file delivery; Gumroad processes Wedding Planner orders; Stripe processes Creator Content OS payments; Google provides support email. These providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area, under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond and resolve the matter, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Technical data retention is governed by the hosting service’s settings and policies. You can contact us to request deletion of your enquiry.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need reasonable information to confirm that it relates to your data.

7. Changes

This notice will be reviewed before new features or additional data collection are introduced. The date at the top identifies the latest update.
